Roto-Rooter is one of the companies I immediately felt like I could trust them to do the job, do it well, and do it thoroughly. I didn’t catch the name of the worker that worked with me, but he was an older man who had been a plumber for a long time. He was able to tell me what was happening and explained what was going on. He was friendly and I loved how thorough he was in informing me of what was happening. (Clogged pipe was causing flooding in both bathrooms.) Edgar from Roto Rooter did an amazing job on the problem in our house. Edgar was professional and courteous. He was upfront with all costs and explained the entire process well.
