Called roto rooter to get my drain unclogged at 3 in the morning, was charged $750 to snake.. Did not clear the drain, came back the next day, dug up my yard and charged me another $500 to clear the drain but broke the other toilet instead.. I had to pull the toilet myself and get roto rooter to replace.. took half a day off from work to wait for them to find a matching toilet.. in the end, they replaced the toilet with a smaller toilet, and put the elongated seat on and left… I have never seen such horrible work and service... read more
