Website says "same day service" I called with a leak on the 2nd floor, they couldn't come that day. So we scheduled for the next day, waited hours until I got a call canceling then the lady on the phone made me feel like it was my fault for expecting them to honor what they said.
I’m so grateful for the service that I received. Denys was very helpful and thorough and explaining everything so that I could understand. When I called this morning for assistance, I asked for a hero and they sent me one!
