We recently had Manny from Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup repair our toilet, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I had an urgent plumbing issue. Roto-Rooter was at my house in about an hour, which was surprisingly fast. They diagnosed and fixed the issue, which took about an hour. The price was higher than expected.

Clogged main drain, (and you know what that means) was the problem. I called RR and the person I spoke with on the phone was very nice, helpful and friendly. When the tech was going to be an hour later than expected, I got a call from RR telling me that and sure enough the tech (Alex) showed up shortly after the call. He was professional and sympathetic to our problem and took care of it quickly. I would highly recommend their services.

They didn't solve anything. Put a camera down the pipe to see what was going on. They only made the matter worse by pushing the blockage down the system and saying the pipe had a low point. Had someone come to dig around the pipe and fixed the problem ourselves.
