Tim has been to my home twice as the job required 2 visits. He is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and provides a detailed explanation. Second visit Adam came and he to is a carbon copy of Tim. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter Hamilton for any drain related issues.

We have had Brock to our home 2x in the last month for different issues. Super nice guy, friendly and knowledgeable. The ladies at the office (Tasha and Cindy) are also helpful and kind. Overall, it has been a very nice experience and they have been fair and honest.

2025 10/5 STARS I cannot say enough good things about this team. Eric, Brock, Aaron, Tasha and Cindy. We've been communicating with them all this past week as we had another flood after not getting the work done last year in my 1st review because we thought the work Brock did was good enough as we had no more floods. We had a pipe burst outside last ast week with an the rain & snow melting. We called this team as they were so amazing last year.
