Earl was a great technician, came out early on Sunday morning and fixed my clogged toilet.
BEWARE!! Received an estimate for $4,141 for a 75-gallon water heater (replace and instal) and Roto-Rooter tried to charge me nearly $6,000. Refused installation and called Corporate and neither Corporate nor the local Roto-Rooter cared. They jerked me around for 4 weeks now with financing and not honoring their estimate. Avoid unless you want both cheated and disrespected!
