Erion was amazing! He was thorough, explained things well and supplied me with proactive steps.
Everything was great until the next day when I had a problem that I didn’t have before. We called back and was told that we signed a hold harmless agreement so they snaked a pipe and created a whole and are now crying not responsible. 425 down the drain literally. Update- we received a call from a manager who offered a full refund. We sent him all of the requested details and he has since gone ghost. No refund and no response to our request for updates.
