Jaymo came in again today August 5th to fix my bathroom faucet. Even without a cell phone and credit card, Roto-Rooter is very accommodating. He still had a few minutes and he helped me a carry a few heavy items. He went above & beyond what was required and as an older lady, I truly appreciated his help. Very competent and thoughtful service...I highly recommend them!

Rose who booked my appointment was very understanding of my "in-the-process-of-moving" circumstance and was very accommodating to provide services at two different addresses. The technician came earlier than the suggested time window and went above and beyond what was expected. Jaymo didn't even charge me for the busy & congested travel time to pick up the necessary materials (faucet, drain stopper, etc.). I could have not asked for a better and more outstanding service!
