Replaced a wax seal on my toilet that was leaking into the crawl space. Explained their findings, and did several tests to verify the leak was gone. So far no more issues, and was offered a 2 month warranty on the work which is a nice bonus. Thank you.

Service was good. Price is definitely high though. $404 to replace a wax ring for my toilet was more than double what I paid the last time I had it done through a smaller company. Offering a warranty is nice though.

Several years ago, I realized that water was percolating out at the side of my driveway. I knew where the city shutoff was and that the line feed to my house was in that area. I had heard of this company due to their saturation of ads on TV. An honest company would have easily seen that the leak was higher than the city shutoff, since they had to shut off city water.
