Dan R snaked a clog in the pipe leaving the house. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Horrible. Not upfront about pricing. Spent less than 30 min here. Charged over $1000 to inspect the drain line. No response from customer service either. Straight up robbed a family of $1000 during a plumbing emergency. Avoid at all costs. Update:::: As you can see below they pretend to care. I emailed as requested 12/18. No response to the email that they requested.
We just moved into our house less than a week and already had a plumbing issue. We called rotor rooter and Dave and Daniel came out right away and helped fix my issue and provide a quote to fix the bigger issue the prior owner did not fix. Price was reasonable and said they can have it fixed! They truly helped provide a sigh of relief as we were really stressed
