Great service!
We hired Roto-rooter for a leak that we didn’t know it was coming from. Our laundry area of the basement was flooded, when they came they assured us that the leak was coming from the water heater. They proceeded to change the unit and said the water would stop leaking and left fan for the rest of basement to dry. About 4-5 days passes the water was still coming out and my dad had to take buckets of water out. Again they said the water would stop coming out. Rich came early on the day of the appointment. He removed my old water heater and replaced it with a new one and also installed a whole house water filter. The job was completed satisfactorily in good time and the area left clean and neat. Have always had good experiences with Roto-Rooter and with Rich who has been to my home before for a shower faucet repair.
