the phone rep was great, she sent someone out quickly for our leaky pipe!! the supervisor that showed up first to check and detect was nice too HOWEVER the lazy plumber came next, he did not come work, he clearly did not want to repair anything!!! the idiot stated he didn't have the part on his truck and will not be able to find it anywhere (45 into a 90 2 small pieces) he thought it was one piece, he had no knowledge no enthusiasm no interest at all so we told him get out THEN my husband "just called len the plumber 🎶" the... read more
Roto-Rooter was great when they first came out was very informative and helpful. They began the work removing flooring sinks, toilet. So I believe when rhey find out my home owners coverage doesn't cover their work, as well as I'm on dis ability ( still willing to pay).
