Mr Rooter simply takes advantage of the Situation. 100$ for a 5’ snake action that didn’t even fix the problem,toilet wasn’t flushing properly. I was suggested tha for total of 600$ could had remove the toilet am check further. Frankly the name of the company it’s Explicit Mr Rooter 😂😂😂😂. Never Again thank you for Nothing

The price was ridiculous for the service we received. Yes, the service included snaking the main line and also snaking a smaller laundry line, which resolved the clog.. but the cost was highway robbery $1400. i could have purchased my own power snake for less than $300 and did the same work, which lasted 90 minutes.. price was absurd.. never again
The installers that came to my home handled everything flawlessly. Quality work and left everything as clean as it was before they came. I would recommend them to anyone.
