Tony was Exceptional and Professional . Tony was here Thursday evening and returned Friday morning to finish the job. What an amazing and dedicated team member! We realize it was a holiday, but we sat all day waiting for service, so that is why 3 stars were given for promptness. If based on service given, I would give more than 5 stars for Tony’s service.

I worked here for about a year loved the job but there is a lot of discrimination by the site manager. If you are one of his BOYS you’ll get work if not you will starve in the slow season. The site manager also will not stand up for his techs at all unless your one of his pets. Different rules for different techs. If you don’t kiss his ### you’ll make about 80$ a day if you’re lucky

We were advised that the work would take a couple of days but it took 2 wks. We were given a notice of violation because they did not have the permit when they began the work. It has been 3 wks. and they have not finished the cleanup and they will not return the phone calls. We were also advised that they would give us a video showing that the sewage line was installed properly, any damage done to the grass would be taken care off. None of this was done. It didn't take long for our small leak to become a giant puddle. When I called RR yesterday I was very surprised to learn they would be here within 1 to 2 hours! Same day service? Unheard of these days. They arrived as promised, found the problem, explained it to me, in terms I could understand, and gave me an estimate. Which I thought was very reasonable for 45 years old pipes. It took several hours to fix the problem, but Mark and Thad took care of everything. Thanks to them we can now use the upstairs bathroom.
