Chris went out of his way to make sure my homes were line was cleared but also helped explain an existing issue that I've had with past drain issues. Excellent service.
Chris is a rockstar. Had my issue taken care of quickly and confidently. Offered advice on preventing my issue in the future. He was friendly and explained every step. The dispatch personnel were also great and got me taken care of quickly. I was very happy that they were able to get here quickly and resolve my issue.
Our basement flooded after our sump pump quit after all the rain which then caused our water heater to quit. Chris Mapes went above and beyond to help us move forward with removing the water and then replacing the equipment.
