I called this company to do a water restoration job. When they showed up I was horrified to hear the cost of the water restoration $2500-4500 for less than inch of water in my basement bathroom. They told me they’d go through insurance. Well, they tore up the concrete and the rug unnecessarily and created more damage to my home. Now, they want me to pay $5800!!! What ?! How and who pays for the damages?
