Sewage pipe back up. It was Sunday and the plumber after I called was here in mid afternoon. The problem was resolved with in an hour.
Update- the follow up customer service is actually amazing. They called me right away and were extremely courteous and sent out the check that day for the $150. They also damaged my clean out cap (that I didn’t realize until recently when the basement flooded) and I asked if they could come out and fix it and they are coming out tomorrow. Very impressed with their follow up on these issues! They did not apply or even mention the $150 coupon I clicked on when looking for a plumber. I didn’t realize until after they left. Justin did a great job unclogging the sinks in our two-family house. Both the 1st and 2nd floor sinks were backed up, and he handled the issue quickly and efficiently. He was courteous, professional, and friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!
