Root Rooter fixed the issue of unjamming the garbage disposal issue but charged us a steep amount of $430. We checked about this exact issue with few other vendors and the highest was $250. This is disappointing and unethical!
The cost to fix our garbage disposal was a bit higher than I hoped it would be but it was fair, it was easy to schedule with plenty of availability, and the technician that came out was knowledgeable and efficient.
The plumber was nice and professional. But his work was poor. For a job that should have taken two hours took 8 hours. Pipes were leaking when he left and when I turned the water on the water sprayed everywhere. I turned off the water and called another company.
Brian was professional, polite, informative and explained his plan to identify and resolve issue. Then executed!
