Paul was great! I can’t imagine he’s had a busier day in a long time but showed up friendly, willing to answer my questions and very helpful explaining the situation at hand. He also showed up 8 hours earlier than my time slot from the company which was a pleasant surprise for the level of basement emergency I’m experiencing.
Kenny was fast, friend, and efficient.
