Miguel is a professional! Explained everything and was neat!
I was able to make an evening appointment for the same day. Jayson arrived on time, was friendly and efficient, and took care to leave everything cleaner than he found it.
Technician was very polite. I didn’t call for emergency service. I requested a periodic maintenance cleaning but, because he arrived the same day he quoted the job as an “emergency.” When I presented the coupon he said the coupon was “not good” because he “already gave a discount.” When he found he could not clean my drain because he felt there was damage a few feet into the drain pipe, he left mud and rocks inside the drain pipe, packed up and still charged me close to 500.00 for the job without any consideration for the fa... read more
