Kevin did an amazing job. Our kitchen drain was completely stopped. I tried, plunging, drain cleaner, multiple times to no avail. It took 5 runs with the snake 45+ feet over the course of 2 1/2 hours, but Kevin never gave up. Finally clear and flowing freely.
Ernesto was very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. Left the work place neat after. Would recommend him to other clients
Alex was great! He helped, educated us along the way, and took care of what we needed quickly. Would recommend his service to others.
Miguel, the service technician, verbally told me $600 for the service and upon writing the quote, he wrote $680. I questioned this and he said "you no listen properly!" At this point, I told him to leave my property because I will not be spoken to in such a way in my own home. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ROTO-ROOTER!
