Very Professional and Courteous
Everyone that came out to help was very acknowledgeable, they showed me everything that was wrong, step by step, gave me further information to help keep my pipes from clogging I would highly recommend!
Could not be happier with Roto Rooter and Travis our technician! We had an emergency with my shower valve breaking and had to shut the water off to the whole house to keep it from running nonstop. Placed a call to Roto Rooter and they were out in about an hour, knew exactly what to do and was done in no time. Travis was excellent in explaining what needed to be done and made me feel comfortable with choosing the right options for us. Will call them from now on!
Everyone has been very respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. They also have done a great job!!!
