To my surprise, Field Supervisor Jordan Gunderson showed up to do the second part of my sewer stub clean out to discover why there had been a major backflush in the system after that breakdown had already been dealt with by Roto-Rooter. I had a very disappointing experience with Roto Rooter. The plumber that came and unclogged drain was quick and did a good job. The water restoration team on the other hand was not good. They charged me for things that were not done. They demanded a complete payment before they start so I could not get any money back. The new tile in the bathroom was damaged and may not be able to be repaired. I would not recommend the restoration team!
