The technician provide a very satisfactory service and resolved my issue.
Came out quick and friendly guy however pricing was pushing criminal. At least 2.5x what a standard install should be for a hot water heater. Unless you are desperate just wait for another company.
We had water starting to drain slowly in our showers and we called and they were able to get someone out there to take a look at it within a couple of hours. We discussed different options for how to address it, including an option that would’ve been almost double the cost. The technician didn’t recommend going with that option and explained why so I appreciated that it didn’t seem like they were just trying to get as much money from me as they could.
