Aaron did an amazing job fixing our sink that was backing up! He was friendly, professional, fast, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. I really appreciated how efficient and knowledgeable he was, and the 6-month warranty gives us extra peace of mind. Excellent service from start to finish. Way too expensive. 30 minutes for tech to replace shut off valve on outside spigot. I even supplied the parts for which I was charged $400 with a whopping $15 discount. Tech was very good and knowledgeable. I had already cut pvc pipe away and did not require him to hook it back up since he didn't have parts to do it. Had him do basic so I could get water back on to house. I feel the company knew they had me over a barrel and took major advantage of that. Prices as bad if not worse than an auto mechanic.
