We had a septic emergency with extreme backup in all drains and the clean out pipe. The technician that showed up (Jason) was great, he was able to locate and clear the primary blockage and put a request in for video with his team of the sewer system because he believed there was a major issue behind the blockage. He was correct in doing so and located a collapsed pipe.
