Do Not Call these scammers. They lied to my elderly mother. We had water coming up in the hallway, we thought it was a leak in the pipes( which it turned out to be the ac). They told us all the pipes under the house need to be replaced. We had to pay $15,000! After the pipes were replaced, water was still coming up. Our ac went out and we had to call a company to come fix it. They told us that’s where the water was coming from. I Roto-rooter knew the water wasn’t coming from the pipes under the house. Although Randell is retiring, I do want to give him and Roto Rooter a 5 star rating! I have only used Roto Rooter since I bought my house, way back in 1992! They are fast, very competent and I never get a bill that scares me!!
