I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter! From the first call to set up my appointment, everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and helpful. The technician, Brang, was fantastic—personable, respectful, and took the time to listen to all my concerns and answer every question I had. It’s nice to see such great customer service and care throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
Alexander was excellent! He fixed our squealing shower problem efficiently and was super courteous and communicative. Will definitely hire again.
Alexander the tech from Roto-Rooter came to our home to fix our garbage disposal. He was very professional, explained everything well and did the job efficiently. He also tested the system and made sure it worked well and explained the 1-year warranty system.
