We had a wonderful experience with Alexander this past weekend. Multiple companies promised us they would come in the middle of the night for our plumbing emergency, but no one showed up. Alexander was the first and only to arrive, first thing in the morning, and he was there until nearly 2PM without a break to get the massive main water line leak in our bedroom wall fixed. After a late night emergency Alexander came out first thing in the morning to help with a leak in a pipe in the wall. He was incredibly helpful — he listened to my concerns and then searched for the source of the issue and found it right away! He was able to fix it in just a couple of hours. Alexander was very kind and professional and took the time to answer my questions. Overall it was a great experience and I’m very relieved to have had such great help.
