Alexander was great. He answered all my questions and made sure we understood what happened and how to avoid it happening again.
Alexander showed up on time. He was friendly and professional. He explained what process he would go though. Checked out the garbage disposal and showed it had shorted out. He got a new one and installed it in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Alexander!
From the initial call, my clogged drain problem was handled very professionally. The lady said they could respond in two hours and I would get a notification beforehand. Unfortunately, I missed the call but using the app it was immediately rescheduled. Alexander was prompt, polite, professional and explained the problem to me. If I could give him a 10 I would. I would highly recommend him and the company.
Alexander was TRULY the best! He went above and beyond to make sure all the replacement parts fit and worked with no leaks. In addition to being a true professional, he's a really good guy as well and I enjoyed speaking with him. I would recommend him and Roto-Rooter to all my family and friends.
Alexander did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet (whose plumbing is in a cramped space) at a reasonable price, especially on a Saturday. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Would readily hire again.
