Had someone come out yesterday didnt even inspect our hot water heater and said we needed a new one. He wasn't even at out house for 5 minutes. We called someone else and it was a quick fix.
James came out and was very thorough with explaining the cause of the issues I had with my hot water heater. I came out of the interaction with both my problem resolved and more knowledge about my water heater than I ever had. Will use this company again in the future.
