Needed a main drain line clean out last week. Used Roto rooter in 2022 and had a great experience so of course I call them. They arrived promptly same day. The plumber asked quite a few questions along the lines of do you use fancy toilet paper? Do you pour grease down the drain? I understand this line of questioning to some extent but it seemed intended as a “gotcha” opportunity and almost like he was trying to shame us. Very negative.
