Had a leak in my basement and had them come out to unclog the pipe.. after unclogging I was informed that my outside pipe would need to be replaced. They quoted me $10,500 to replace the outside pipe and said this would fix all my issues. An hour after they left, the leak continued and doubled in size and we found a 3 foot crack on the inside pipe that they missed… how do you miss a 3 foot crack when searching for a leak in a home?? I didn’t give five stars because the price was much higher then what I expected…it was a straight forward wax ring replacement…but the service tech Sean was very good, timely and thorough at his job. I also don’t know why they sent someone before the tech got to my house, so I feel like that padded the bill a bit.
Had such a great experience with my service tech John, he was so kind to walk me through the process and give me my options. Ultimately it was not as bad as we thought but he had prepared me for all the potential outcomes. This is what customer service looks like and I am so thankful for Roto Rooter for that. If I could give John 10 stars I would!!!
