Tried making an appointment on their website. When the time for the to arrive came around I still hadn’t had a confirmation for the appointment so I called. The person on the phone was very kind and let me know I was not on the dispatch list. She added me to the list for the evening. We’re 30 minutes outside the window now and I still haven’t heard from them. I’ll use Micheal and Son’s from now on. At least they text you to confirm an appointment.
Tyler and Jeff were amazing! We’re quick to respond to my request. They were very professional and were able to fix my disposal quickly.
Tyler was very professional and patient helping my parents with their faulty water heater and explained everything to them, and me 2 hours away, in a respectful manner. We will definitely ask for Tyler if there’s another need for service!
