The technician was excellent—professional, skilled, and a genuinely good person. The work itself was done well, and I have no complaints about the service quality. The problem is the pricing. They charged $841 just to snake 50 feet of drain line, while other companies do the same job for under $250. On top of that, they wanted to tack on extra charges if more than 50 feet was needed. Fast and professional service
Exceptional service! While Roto-Rooter could not fix the issue, because it turned out it had nothing to do with plumbing, Tyler and David did an excellent job. I am very impressed with expediency of service, and quality and knowledge of the technicians. Would definitely recommend them and will use them for any plumbing work again.
