I started having issues with my main sewer line backing up. I had called a different company and they failed to show up. I quickly contacted Roto Rooter and I am so grateful I did ! Tavoy was my tech and he was great. Noticed a strong odor coming from my basement where my sump pump was and found that my pump was broken and there was dead rats floating in it, yeah, disgusting. And my pipes weren’t correctly installed. A complete mess. He fixed the issue. Cleaned the tank out, installed a brand new pump and re configured the pipes. A+

The job was straight forward but I was overcharged ($800 to unclog the bathtub )-when I talked to other plumber in the area, I found out after the fact but wanted people to be aware and cross reference their price before agreeing to the job. I don’t think I would hire them again. When I call the main line, the woman on the phone said it’s really up to the tech to determine price. There’s no other metrics that the company uses.
