Set up of the appointment was great via the online system. I have used Roto-Rooter before, so this recent experience was really disappointing and I hope not the new way the business is. The tech that was sent out didn't look at the garbage disposal - it hadn't run for 1 and 1/2 weeks, but because it turned on immediately when he flipped the switch, he told me nothing was wrong.
