We had a really good experience with Marcus, who came out on a Sunday to replace a pump. He was very conscientious and explained everything that he was doing, and was able to resolve our issue.
We called Roto Rooter around 7p. Marcus was dispatched and showed up as soon as he could around 9:45 PM and ultimately stayed until 1:45 AM. He was incredibly professional and figured out our issue promptly and got it solved for us. Marcus is the best and I highly recommend! Thank you so much for taking care of us!
We had a plumbing emergency where our main water shut off started leaking. They were able to come out on a Sunday later in the day and get us stabilized so that we could have our regular plumber do. Lee extensive work in the future. The service was great, the communication was extensive. Highly recommended!
