Very prompt and professional. I was in need of plumbing services and a friend recommended roto. I called and they immediately sent a tech to survey my issues. Jacob was awesome and kept me updated as to what he was doing while completing the job. I really appreciate him making the is happen for me with a short turn around. I highly recommend this 5 star tech and roto.
Jake Rodgers and the technician that was with him, I'm sorry I forgot his name, they were both fantastic. Jake was on time, came in, was extremely polite and not only took care of the issue we had but also took a moment to look over our whole system and point out a separate issue I didn't even know about. I will absolutely using them again in the future.
Whoever just answered my phone call was the most rude person I have ever spoken to in my life. Not ever doing business with them.
This company engages in agregious overcharging. They charged my mother $800+ to unclog her shower drain. This job took less than 45 minutes and required no materials. As per an email I received from their manager, they have a "flat rate of $841" which they defended because they offer a "6 month warrantee on their work." Who needs a warrantee on a clog?
