Jacob R. was super knowledgable, kind, and respectful of my home. What started as a stress filled distress call one my end turned into not such big deal! He showed me every step of his process and walked me through what the issues were and even prepared me for what to do if any future issue arises. Jacob has made a Roto-Rooter customer out of me! :)

Jake did an amazing job fixing our shower leak! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing the issue before making the repair. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fixed correctly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. You don’t know how much you value hot showers and hot tea until they’re gone. The water heater I inherited with my house in 2007 began leaking from the bottom. Jake installed the new water heater; was calm, polite, friendly, skilled & thorough, and answered all my questions. Now I have hot showers and hot tea again. Thanks Jake!
