I used this company for the same service about a year ago, and this time I was charged DOUBLE what I paid previously. $700 to unclog two drains is absolutely outrageous. I called the office and asked someone to review the invoice with me and explain the charges, but received no response. I also emailed customer service and the general manager requesting a call—again, no response. There is absolutely no customer service or accountability.
