We moved into a new (to us) home that no one had lived in for over a year, on day 4 the main sewer line backed up at 10:30pm. We called Roto-Rooter, the woman who answered the phone was kind, courteous and quick to find us help. Angel the service tech was out to the house within 30 minutes and had our issue resolved quickly. Great service all around. Thank you!

Bruce did a great job and came the same day I called. Prompt and courteous service!
Over priced. Asking $410 to unplug a slow bathtub drain. Didn’t even turn on the water to check the issue. Called another pluming service, $150! Root is $260 more expensive. Will never call Root again
Wanted over $500 to clear a shower drain. Another company came and did it for $49. What a scam!
