So far I have had two plumbers assigned for different concerns within my home. They have provided a superb service, excellent customer care support, reasonable and upfront fees/no surprises, swift identification of issue, highly ethical and professional experience!
Miles was the plumber assigned to a a worrisome situation in our kitchen (clogging pipes) He identified the issue, provided a thorough description of the issue and explained in simple layman terms to us, the course of action to rectify as well as a reasonable fee. Greatful this highly professional, knowledgeable and very kind plumber helped us resolve this issue. Everything is running like new now!
