Do not use Roto-Rooter for water restoration. I believe we were mostly scammed. Had a blockage in the main line going out to the sewer from our Condo. The plumber that came for the blockage was great, his name was Ernie. Although they were over priced, $520.00, we had to get it done. Ernie was punctual and professional. When he was finished he stated that a lady from the restoration team was on her way. Janice Powers showed up and took pictures and explained all the bad stuff about black water being in your house.
