They are great. The came on a weekend and arrived quickly and finished fast. The technician was very polite.
Mike V, did a fantastic job. Same day service and repair quality was great. Didn't even know he was working half the time. If you had to get one tech on the job I'd start with him

I was at my son's in Virginia Beach when his drains backed up and caused a mess. It was late on a Sunday and Kriston from Roto Rooter came and in an hour or hour and a half he had us up and running again. Very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He also informed us what was going on every step of the way. Then to top it all off he left it cleaner than it was when he got there.
