Charley was amazing! Quickly assessed the culprit of the damage and assured me of a solution. When he ran into issues of my old 70s home he pushed through and found a new resolution. Made sure to find ways to work within my budget. It felt like calling on a friend to help. Will be hiring Charley for future problems I encounter.
The last time I used Roto Rooter was about four years ago. They charged 465.00 dollars for a clogged drain issue and snaked the pipes to the main four that amount. There have been no issues until last week. I utilized their services again and the person who showed up only charged 275.00 dollars claiming it was a "senior discount." My mother was there and I was out of town working. OK, that's wonderful.
