Needed a standard cleanout of my kitchen pipe and wanted to have someone look at it to see if hydro or mechanical cleanout would be the better call. Called Saturday morning. Was told they'd be out there Saturday at 11-2. Never showed up. I called the next morning and they said they'd have someone out first thing. Never showed. I got a call later in the evening at 7pm.
