Tyler M 6586 did a really excellent job helping my clients get their line descaled and cleared out. He made sure to be cautious and check after every pass to ensure the descaling was working and the line was not being damaged. He then went above and beyond by having a call with our buyer to help clarify and confirm his findings.

So I will start by saying that the work performed by the technician was satisfactory but we needed the technician to come back out to our property because we were still having problems with the sewer system. The technician wanted to charge more money for the job that was supposed to be done. I have also been calling to speak with the supervisor who was seeing over this job but I have yet to hear back from him or from anyone else about this. I have left numerous phone messages but no one has returned any of my calls.

Ross, our assigned technician, was able to diagnose and fix the problem we were experiencing. More than that, Ross spent time explaining the technical aspects of our problem plus was able to add an additional valve on our main water access thus proactively treating a common potential problem to protect the plumbing in my home. Roto rooter is lucky to have such a knowledgeable, talented professional.
