I made an appointment with 2 hour window from 4 to 6pm for a water leak. Roto Rooter rep constantly texted saying I am next in line for a visit after 4pm. This went on all day, and late into the night. I kept calling them and same message, a plumber is tied up with another job and super busy. A supervisor showed up to my home, not a plumber and he wanted to if there's big water damage. After waiting 5 hours, I canceled. Elias from Roto-Rooter Plumbing showed up promptly to fix a complicated blockage in the pipes that was causing issues with the toilets in our clinic. He was able to pinpoint the exact problem quickly and went out of his way to source the right tools to not only clear the lines but also provide video evidence of the larger issue.
