I had an issue with my watersoftner. Called for an emergency service and they came at about 9pm. GREAT. Reviewed the item that needed to be removed and to temporarily replace it with a 2-3ft PVC pipe. Straight forward job and so he went to the store to get a PVC pipe and came back to put it on. I came out only to find that he had capped the ends of the pipe which would prevent the water from going through to the house. I was shocked. If I could give zero stars I would! I just brought Roto Rooter out a week ago Saturday 8/9/25 and paid $800 for one outside spicket to be replaced! Okay I needed it done. My house is 25 years old with the original spickets. I mentioned to the plumber that I would like him back out the following weekend Saturday 8/16/25, not to bust the wall open but just to put a new fawcet on and asked for a general quote.
