The gentleman that was here was extremely humble and very approachable. As was his assisting This is the person that should be training customer experience at roto-rooter. Please once again thank the two gentlemen, and I use that word intentionally, they were welcomed into my home without hesitation. I’d invite them back as my personal technicians if I could. I’d hire them at my company tomorrow, because you can’t teach that character, you can teach the trade. What they have is natural.

Customer service is exceptional. Justin and James were amazing. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, and found the best solution.
20 minutes cost me over $400. Pricing seems to be at the discretion of the tech onsite who uses a price sheet loaded with inflated prices.
