Stan was so helpful and professional. I was so glad he could come out on a Sunday.
Despite our stressing that the wood floors were brand new and asking him to be careful, the tech did not put down any floor protection and simply rolled the snaking machine into position and rested it on its STEEL legs resulting in an obscene scratch directly in front of our kitchen sink. Hard to believe that (a) its not standard to put down floor protection and (b) the machine wouldn't at least have rubber feet.
