Zach was great! He was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job unclogging and cleaning the toilet. He was efficient, thorough, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. First, I want to say that Zack, my service repairman was great. If this review was just about him it would be 5 stars. Once he got there, he had the job done super fast. He was very friendly and professional. My issue was getting him there. I place the call about 3:00 to have someone come out. I was told someone would be there by 7:30 at the latest.
