The drain of washer machine got clogged on a Sunday and I called this company and they said will send somebody within two hours and you decide if you are ok with the price if not you can cancel when technician arrived he said before a proceed service cost is $650 I was expecting maybe I least $200 to $300 but we have a bunch of dirty clothes and not enough options technician was very helpful and professional got my drain unclogged using the snake attached to motor easy process, service cost was a ripoff.
He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and gave me advice on what to do about underneath the sink
The 2 technicians that came out to honor the warranty, were very professional and diligent in finding the issue. The original work was installed improperly. Your team members that were sent to handle your warranty issue, found the problem in less than 30 minutes. It took them about 1 hour from that point to have the work done correctly. Great installation team Very professional, explained entire process. Guys like that are hard to find. Don't lose them Bill Bennetti
