Ridiculously expensive! Never heard back about coming to my home and test the pipe with the camera, which I paid for in advance. Nice person sent, helpful and knowledgeable, however he was too much a salesman at first. They need to train their people to be more personal and not take advantage of emergency situations. I will not be recommending Roto-Rooter to anyone, nor use them again.
Would have given 5 for Angel, the technician, but dispatch was so bad, I’d give them a 1.
