Was hung up on three times from one dispatcher. When I finally got to talk to him, he never would provide his name so I could talk to management. I've used them for years. Never again. Complete disrespect.

He came in, assessed the situation, explained things in a way that a simpleton like me could understand, he worked quickly, and he even gave me a coupon to help out a bit with the price.
