Our refrigerator was leaking they came out within 24 hours I've been doing an online appointment Connor was very friendly and it took him only about 20 to 30 minutes to have the problem looked at and solved it

Mike was very knowledgeable. Professional he answered all our questions. He cleaned and sprayed the sinks. Kept everything organized the bathrooms sinks were cleared out in a timely manner. Please send him again to our home!

After noticing a leaking pipe behind the vanity and toilet I called Roto Rooter. They said someone could be there in 45 minutes. Carl arrived and quickly determined what the problem was. He cut the wall to access the stack and in a couple hours had it completely repaired. He had to remove the toilet and reinstall it at the end. He cleaned up the entire area. Carl is definitely a super pro plumber! Thanks Carl.

UPDATE: Root Rooter did indeed provide sufficient video to allow for a 2nd opinion. Now, they told me not to get any work done. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and I have generally been pleased, but this time has been a Nightmare. I hope we do not have to go to court. I had a drain back up and called Roto-Rooter for a drain clean out. They cleared the pipe and ran a camera through. It seemed mostly clear, but they found the iron pipe under the house degraded.
