Working with Nick from Roto Rooter was perfect! I appreciate how I was able to explain the problems and how he persisted to find the fixes to the clogged areas. Very happy and recommend Nick!
Carl was a true professional! He removed old bad shutoff valve and bad regulator. He replaced them both with brand new parts. The area he was working in was very tight quarters. It’s so nice to have water pressure again and a trusted shutoff valve (main shutoff).
Really disappointed with my experience and can't seem to get a copy of my invoice despite calling and emailing multiple times. My card has already been charged yet I never got a receipt or invoice.
Gabe did a fantastic job. Identified the clog and cleared it and also cleaned up any debris leftover. Definitely 5 stars.
