Another great experience getting my plumbing needs met thru Roto-Rooter. Such great service people! My tech, Shawn, explained everything and went step be step to get me back up and running. I now have hot water in all 3 bathroom sinks, a kitchen sink faucet with spray nozzle that doesn't seem aggressive, and a toilet without a drip. And the time to complete was totally appropriate.

Nick did a wonderful job Mott only cleaning the drain, but locating the problem. They used a camera after clearing the line and discovered ATT had line bored through my pipe and the orange fiber optic line is catching debris and causing water to back up and get in my building. Both Nick and his partner were extremely personable and extremely skilled. It is nice to have someone come to my house and get the job done right the first time! Kudos to Nick and his team.

After noticing a leaking pipe behind the vanity and toilet I called Roto Rooter. They said someone could be there in 45 minutes. Carl arrived and quickly determined what the problem was. He cut the wall to access the stack and in a couple hours had it completely repaired. He had to remove the toilet and reinstall it at the end. He cleaned up the entire area. Carl is definitely a super pro plumber! Thanks Carl.

Called this am for a broken spout on my bathtub. It was at the house we own which is used as a supported living residence for our special needs son. This would have been a big deal in regards to his care routine. Carl was available to come in an hr and was able to adapt to what he found and fixed it. His pleasant personality skill and professional approach was noted. Very happy with my decision to call Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs. Thank you Carl you were wonderful.
