Very helpful and informative. Explained the problem and got us fixed quickly! I really appreciate that they come out quickly! Found out that our hot water wasn’t working and gave them a call. They were here within an hour or two. He also seen that I had a leak under our house, explained how we could fix it ourself. And I ended up calling our uncle who came out and fixed that quickly.
Jacob did a great job of diagnosing the plumbing problem quickly and patiently listened to my concerns and answering my questions. He was courteous, professional, pleasant and repaired everything in a timely and efficient manner.
Had Roto Rooter twice with plumbing problems they solved both of them. The Technicians both knew what to do and were very professional and kind. The last one that came gave me ideas on how to solve one of the problems if it comes back, a great concept in customer service. Thanks
