I really appreciated that honesty, and all the information he gave me to better care for my plumbing system in the future.

Although the response was very quick, and their servicers nice and professional, I was not happy with the service I paid for. I had asked for their "free estimate", full well knowing my sump pump was not running and had an issue. They instead said they got it running again with a simple fix using a screw driver. I was charged 165.00 for my "free estimate" and turning the pump on only momentarily. It stopped again after they left. I had to call multiple times to get my invoice sent to me so that I could send it to the manufac... read more
