The plumber was very thorough from my cellar to the second floor to find the problem. The drain was clogged right below the toilet and had to remove the toilet because he could reach it going through the toilet. There was not a clean valve.
Aidan was great! Prompt, practical, knowledgeable, cleaned up great.
We got a new water heater installed, but the plumber was not able to remove the old one. It was only after I posted an unfavorable rating that someone called to setup a second plumber to help. They did come back two weeks later and got the old unit removed; however, they missed their appointment window by a few hours. Roto Rooter was good in scheduling a water heater replacement to work around my Saturday schedule, but the price was much higher than I expected.
