I had to edit the review down from a 5. They did a decent sized water extraction and restoration project all based on my phone call requesting a toilet replacement - it was a serious upsell. Here is the short of it. Restoration went well. The toilet (the whole purpose of the call) runs “runs” in inconsistent intervals. Meaning sometimes it works correctly and then some time I flush and go on business travel and come to find had been paying a huge water bill the whole time I was gone because it was running. Aiden was great! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He came out and did a thorough inspection/diagnostic, found the issue. I've had multiple plumbers come out for this issue and none have been able to get to the root cause except for Aiden.

My garbage disposal was loose. Anthony came in checked everything and tightened it. He even made sure I knew how to tighten it for myself if this happens again. I ALWAYS call Roto-Rooter because I know first hand the skill, honesty, and integrity I get with them. Thank you, so very much.
