As someone three weeks into owning his first home, having the water back up into the basement the first time I ran the washer was not on my bingo card. It was Friday night and my older neighbor wasn't around so I trusted my gut and went corporate. I had a problem toilet to the point of considering purchasing a new one. Flushing power was weak and took forever to fill. Made online appointment with Roto Rooted as I had hip surgery and needed a functioning toilet. Tech cam out and thoroughly explained what he was doing. Had to anger the line and replace internals but resolved the problem. Now toilet has a turbo flush and fills amazingly fast. Definitely rate 4.5 stars. Price was probably a hundred more than a local plumber.
