2 Stars because the plumber that came to my house was very nice and respectful if not it would be a solid 1 star. I contacted Roto-rooter because they "offer" free estimates but that was not the case.. I got charged $187 dollars for no done work at all. I called because my toilet was making a sound like it kept filling up and the plumber said that everything seemed good and no work had to be done but he still had to charge me because he "Inspected" the toilet which was very simple and mediocre as he flushed it and watched th... read more

Roto Rooter does not disappoint. Just had an amazingly successful experience with Technician Mr. Mike-4823. From the point of entry into my home. Mr. Mike was professional, courteous, respectful, clearly explained the plan of action, leaving me with an understanding of my options. My kitchen drain issue was resolved successfully and the work area was left clean. I greatly appreciate the the service rendered and highly recommend Roto Rooter and Technician Mr. Mike for plumbing needs. For a guaranteed peace of mind.
