Mike did a great job was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything very well. We Would definitely use the company again!
Eli the technician was great! He solved my kitchen sink clog in a timely manner. I only wish the cost for repair was lower…a bit of a sticker shock.
5 stars for Andrei — he was awesome and came out to my house in Wilton, CT quickly for the emergency service. However, I am disappointed in the follow-up. I paid for a camera inspection and no one ever showed up, no one called, and no one followed up from Roto-Rooter. Andrei deserves recognition, but the lack of communication and follow-through on the scheduled service was a letdown.
They reaponded very quickly to my emergency! Franklin was very nice and professional, he got everything done very efficiently and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way.
Great guy great service wish he can come every time we need help at Urban Air
