The pricing is outrageous! I was charged $400 for minor fix to restore water to my dishwasher, and remove a screw that was stuck in the garbage disposal. I hope management reads this and issues me a partial refund. The $99 fee to come out to my home, I can understand, and if there was major plumbing issues, then I could understand the $400, but to have spent more time writing the bill than the actual service, and have it come out to be $400. Absurd!
Darley and Eli came out very quickly on a Saturday to help clear my sewer pipe. Darley was very knowledgeable and patient. He made me feel at ease that I can trust him with my issue! My issue was resolved within 2 hours due to the great work of Darley and Eli. I would definitely use this company again because of them!
Darryl, Shane, Jermaine and crew were extremely helpful. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. The gentleman delivered excellent service in a timely manner. They are assets to your organization! Darryl and his crew were great but I have equipment in my house that no one has been back to monitor. This experience is going down hill rapidly.
Oliver was prompt, professional and friendly. He explained everything he was doing. Our drain was finally draining. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again .
