Fantastic job from the young apprentice Mergim. He was professional beyond his years, polite and explained everything that was wrong and everything he was going to do to fix issue. He worked 3 machines and got the clog! Job well done!
I haven’t been able to use my spare bathroom in four years. Josh came out and removed the toilet and snaked everything and removed the clog. Come to find out it’s a plumbing issue, but Josh was incredible! So nice and knowledge when I had questions. He was nice to my dogs, and I was not creeped out about him coming and going in and out of my house. (I live alone). He knew what he was doing and did it well!
