Destin was running late and didn’t get to my house until 8:00. He tried to root out some object from the clean out and couldn’t get it to budge. He had a smaller snake device that he thought would reach from the shower drain which was not really designed for that purpose, but he thought might work. Long story short - it worked. He was here for over 2 hours until he had a solution. He even called his supervisor so he could bring a camera over to make sure it got flushed out.
