Justin from Roto-Rooter deserves a medal, a parade, and maybe even his own reality show. Our washing machine drain was so clogged it could’ve qualified as a national park. Justin showed up like a plumbing superhero, armed with his trusty snake and the determination of a man who’s unclogged one drain too many. They came out quickly on Saturday to unclog my main line drain. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions about my septic system.
Kitchen sinks were backed up after a Saturday evening dinner. They showed up within the hour, and cleared things up. Technician was non intrusive, very professional and effective. Appreciated it the whole thing.
