Roto Rooter technicians JJ, field trainer and Ethan worked incredibly hard to clear A stubborn drain. In order to access the drain, two older almost-hidden caps were carefully sawed off and the line was snaked and opened sufficiently for water to flow! Technicians checked and rechecked the water flow, put on new accessible caps, and cleaned up beautifully. Had a serious blockage in my home. I called and within an hour and a half Vincent showed up at my door. He was very professional and pleasant. The job done within an hour. Thankfully it wasn't real bad. (But the mess was lol) I'm very pleased with my service from beginning to end. I will do business again if I ever get in a jam again. I am a custodian and I'm handy but I definitely did not have the tools for the job on this one. It was a late Friday night after we had a winter Blizzard either in the week.
