Arrived quickly, completed the job quickly and left the site clean. The gentleman that arrived was very professional, worked quickly and was extremely pleasant and polite.
Carl was terrific & despite the issues he encountered, he persisted & located the blockage. Thus i had my plumber do an assessment. He suggested he could not locate the exact spot of the blockage but felt having Roto Rooter return that they could resolve the blockage. I took his advise & requested that I wanted Carl to return to my apartment. He showed up in short order and quickly unblocked a drain that was blocked....
