I had a serious problem today with my shower not draining and my toilet leaking all over the bathroom floor. Well I called Roto-Rooter and within the hour Marcos was here with a big smile and a clear breakdown of what was to come. He made sure to find the best way to unclog the drain and had the toilet off, the clog cleared, and the bathroom cleaned up in no time. Man I really appreciate all the hard work. Thanks for saving me today.

Keith delivered truly exceptional service. What could have been a frustrating situation turned into a great experience because of his dedication and work ethic. When his machine broke during the job, he didn’t cut corners or reschedule—he went out of his way to get the parts needed, fix the equipment, and come back to finish the job properly. That level of commitment is rare. The shower drain is now working perfectly, and it’s clear Keith takes real pride in his work. Highly recommend!
