I want to share my disappointment regarding Van #D229 on Sunday at approximately 2:20 PM near Webster and Greenfield. The driver was yelling and screaming out of his window at the car behind him, using completely inappropriate language—especially with kids around watching the interaction. Is this really the type of technician your company employs? Based on what I witnessed today, I’m embarrassed for your company. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand.
Nate was my technician. I needed a toilet repair. He explained everything in great detail He was honest and helpful. He's definitely a good technician. I would definitely ask for him for your repair needs. Thank you Nate. He even cleaned up after himself.

I called after business hours for an emergency appointment. Gave the representative all my information, and then one of the technicians calls me back. His professional advice was to wait until morning to avoid the $99 emergency visit fee, among other things. He said that I would be contacted in the morning to let me know what time someone would come out to my home. Very disappointed with this company, they came highly recommended but we have not had a good experience sadly. My husband had them out in May for a basement drain that was back flowing. They snaked it 3 times which didn’t solve the issue. Then they used the water jet which cost us over 1000 dollars. It worked and we were pleased. Well less than 2 months later it started back flowing again. We set up an appt with them to see if there was anything they could do. Our apt was for yesterday 3-7pm.
