The man was very kind but had no clue what he was doing. Needed a drain snaked and he said he couldn’t do that, claimed my problem was my sub pump. No way I was paying 1200 for a sub pump when I knew the drain just needed to be snaked. Cost me 85 bucks for him to do nothing. Had another company come out today and they snaked the drain and had it fixed in 10 minutes!

Unreasonably expensive. $385 dollar for a snake that doesn’t include a camera. And the snake they used is small compared to the next company I had to come out to finish the job; who included a camera for 100 dollars cheaper. Roto rooter also quoted me 1900 dollars for a water jet because the snake couldn’t get the job done.

Unfortunately I cannot with good conscience recommend this company. Our water wouldn't turn off in the tub one evening and we had to turn off the main water line. We called that night and they said between 10 and 2 the next day. The next morning they called and said around 830 that the technician would be there within 45 minutes. No one showed. I want to share my disappointment regarding Van #D229 on Sunday at approximately 2:20 PM near Webster and Greenfield. The driver was yelling and screaming out of his window at the car behind him, using completely inappropriate language—especially with kids around watching the interaction. Is this really the type of technician your company employs? Based on what I witnessed today, I’m embarrassed for your company. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand.
