DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. The scammed us and did a terrible job. Once they find out your using your insurance to pay they will jack up the prices. We brought it up to them and they acknowledged what they did and said "thats just how it goes".

Had water leaking from two different spots and a broken water turn off valve. Roto-Rooter was the only company I called on a Sunday with availability. I was initially told (at 1200) a 1300-1700 window, but was called back 10 minutes later that a tech freed up and was available then. Chris was dispatched and he was amazing. Took the time to explain everything, was super friendly, and highly professional. Amazing experience with him and highly recommend.

The man was very kind but had no clue what he was doing. Needed a drain snaked and he said he couldn’t do that, claimed my problem was my sub pump. No way I was paying 1200 for a sub pump when I knew the drain just needed to be snaked. Cost me 85 bucks for him to do nothing. Had another company come out today and they snaked the drain and had it fixed in 10 minutes!
