Mark my tech was great. Solved my problem and had good prevention tips. They are not cheap but they did fix the problem correctly unlike the 1st company I had who misdiagnosed and wanted to charge a ton.
I had a miserable experience on Friday after waiting many hours and finally giving up. Today Mohammed Khellaf came and he made up for yesterday. He was patient and kind and professional. He had to snake the drain twice to relieve the clog in the kitchen drain. That meant taking it apart and putting it together twice. I negotiated a price I can afford. I gave him a five star rating. Adam was professional and knowledgeable and fixed the clog in our kitchen waste line that was more than 30 feet down.
Guys were incredibly professional. Helped us with the price while fixing the issue. Will use again in the future
