Adam L did a fantastic job of clearing the backup and he took the time to explain to me what was happening and why.
They are excellent about calling ever few minutes to tell you their running late. They aren't very helpful in emergency situations.
Adam from Roto-Rooter was professional, highly skilled and polite. He did a thorough job, discovered and resolved the problem, and advised on how we can avoid further issues. He had an incredible amount of experience and expertise, and educated us on how our system works. Fantastic work all around!
