Roto-rooter has the absolute worst customer service. Our bathroom has been clogged for a week, and still no sign of hope. They attempted to repair it last week, and were unsuccessful. Here we are a week later, and still can’t get anyone to fix it. On top of that they want to charge us an additional $2300 to do the same thing I just spent $2300 on. Fast and efficient
Adam was extremely nice, courteous and did a good job cleaning out the pipe (what we called for). 5 stars for this part. Just be ware to obtain a second opinion if Roto-Rooter says you need more/major work done. I felt I was trying to be upsold.
