We had a separate issue a few weeks ago. It went so well, when our main bathroom sink p-trap disintegrated, we had them come out. Very friendly, took extra time to fix it right.

It was a major job—my line was deeply buried, I had delicate landscaping, and it required about 50 feet of new pipe to be installed. Roto-Rooter did a fantastic job unplugging my main drain this morning. Adam was very professional and explained the entire process each step of the way. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter for anyone that plumbing repairs.
Repair was done very quickly on a Saturday morning -- much faster than I expected. In addition to repairing the link in the drain, which was the original problem, the technician worked on a problem with the drain in the bathroom sink. This was not part of the original repair and was a very welcome addition. I have had similar experience with Roto Rooter in the past -- the technicians do more than just repair the primary problem.
Called at 5pm with a moderate plumbing emergency. Waited around, never received a call, finally at 7:45 I decide to follow up. According to the new person I talk to, my phone number had been recorded incorrectly, and so they never dispatched anyone to me. To make matters worse, they apparently “don’t have plumbing services after a certain time” so now they won’t send anyone after I’ve waited around for nearly 3 hours. All I got was a “Sorry, good luck finding someone else”.
