Root clean out- Tech (Jesse) was professional, friendly, informative. We always have good experiences with Roto Rooter.
I was not happy at the fact that I thought I called the local roto rooter company and found out that the technician that was sent came from Palo Alto. It took him over two hours to respond! However the technician that came, Jess was very professional and polite. He was apologetic that it took him so long to arrive. Him I would give five stars to as he did an excellent job and cleaned up after he was done!
Excellent and professional service. James and Manny were prompt and responsive to my many questions. They found the root cause of my issue immediately and helped to educate so I could make an informed decision. What a pleasant experience....
