Jaelen R. my technician was very polite in explaining the repair work that needed to be done for my unique situation. He also gave me 2 options for resolving the issue along with the pricing of each and let me decide which was best for me. He completed the job in a timely manner, including leaving and coming right back with the part that was needed to fix the toilet. Thank you very much Jaelen!
I've had other plumbers who snaked my kitchen sink, but it was clogged again soon after. So I set up an appointment with Roto Rooter. Paul came out and did a thorough cleaning. He found lots of grease that other plumbers either missed or ignored. I am very happy with the job he did and highly recommend him.
