DO NOT USE ROTO ROOTER - Caused More Damage Than They Fixed I wish I could give zero stars. On September 5th, I paid Roto Rooter $795 to fix a toilet backing up into my shower. They removed the toilet, snaked the line, found nothing, and left. The problem came back 3 days later. They returned on September 8th at no charge but still couldn't fix it - the technician just guessed it might be a T-shaped pipe and quoted me $5,000, suggesting I find someone cheaper.
