Called Roto Rooter and they came out the same day to repair a main drain leaking into the yard. This was before the large snow we had and they were able to fix before it hit! They did a great job!
I contacted Roto Rooter because I had a leak from an unknown source soaking my hallway and utility room. Roto-Rooter confirmed my appointment and gave me the standard 2 hour window of arrival. I stayed home from work so I could meet the technician and have my issue addressed and resolved. Except, that never happened. Appointment time slot came and went, never so much as a peep from them. Quick response and very polite team! Reasonable price
Called Roto Rooter and they came out the same day to fix a sewer line repair. The call was put in the day before we received 14 inches of snow and was able to take fix the same day! Thank you for your excellent customer service!
