Horrible service. One of the camera men was Extremely rude and sarcastic!. Had to hire excavator which was over four thousand dollars!! Only for them to say this could have been taken care of by Roto-Roter!! Rip off company!! Never use them!!

The service personnel that came to my house was outstanding. Came in diagnosed my problem and repaired very quickly. However, all of this work was supposed to have been the prior day.. you were unable to come yesterday as promised. Thanks for finally helping me.
kaden came and diagnosed my drain issue, have a fair price for running the drain snake. The issue was too great for the drain snake as my pipes were much too corroded for the service. They did not take the valuable money I would need to bust up my floor and replace my main line. dedicated, professional, fair. 10/10 would recommend.
