I did a yelp review as well. I’m in Cincinnati, OH OTR area and this is my second time using Roto. This time around I worked with Kaden P. who was highly recommended by the previous gentleman I worked with (Jason B.). 2 for 2, awesome employees whom I’ve worked with so far! The job was done and completed with no issues however my problem was finding out that the techs pay is based on commission which explains why the bill was so much. I went against my instinct and let him do the job since I was without water at the time. I should have turned it down and got more estimates. There was no service call for coming out so you feel like you're getting a bargain until they tell you the price for repair. We had a clogged drain last week and Giovanni came out to unclog it. They charged $400 and then broke the garbage disposal. When I called back to ask them to fix the garbage disposal, they said it would be $850 to fix the garbage disposal. When I called to speak to a manager, I kept getting forwarded to the ‘manager on duty’ which was just a basic voicemail system. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible service. One of the camera men was Extremely rude and sarcastic!. Had to hire excavator which was over four thousand dollars!! Only for them to say this could have been taken care of by Roto-Roter!! Rip off company!! Never use them!!
Clayton was helpful, informative and quick! He made a bad day better.
