Shady business, guy was rude tried to up the price x10 then got mad when we said we want a second opinion, tried to borderline strongarm us into having it done right now telling us to tear down the walls and floors
Kaden came to my house promptly. He viewed my problem, revolving my pipes to my kitchen sink to have a new cabinet installed over them. He then proceeded to cut fit and finish tubing and valves to adapt to my new faucet and cabinet for the installers. He was very knowledgeable, and proficient. Thank you Kaden!!!
I did a yelp review as well. I’m in Cincinnati, OH OTR area and this is my second time using Roto. This time around I worked with Kaden P. who was highly recommended by the previous gentleman I worked with (Jason B.). 2 for 2, awesome employees whom I’ve worked with so far! The job was done and completed with no issues however my problem was finding out that the techs pay is based on commission which explains why the bill was so much. I went against my instinct and let him do the job since I was without water at the time. I should have turned it down and got more estimates. There was no service call for coming out so you feel like you're getting a bargain until they tell you the price for repair.
