Called Roto Rooter and they came out the same day to repair a main drain leaking into the yard. This was before the large snow we had and they were able to fix before it hit! They did a great job!
I contacted Roto Rooter because I had a leak from an unknown source soaking my hallway and utility room. Roto-Rooter confirmed my appointment and gave me the standard 2 hour window of arrival. I stayed home from work so I could meet the technician and have my issue addressed and resolved. Except, that never happened. Appointment time slot came and went, never so much as a peep from them.
