If I could give this company zero stars I would. They tried to scam my good friends who are older living on retirement and a fixed income. They called Roto Rooter for a septic system issue a couple weeks back. One guy came out in a personal car and said he had no tools and had to wait for a co worker with the van of tools. This was on a weekend so it was astronomical rates and the guy was supposed to show up at 8pm from my understanding but he never showed up. When they called back no answer. Quaid and Adam were on point, professional, and very easy to work with!! They came and assessed the situation and did excellent work to solve the problem!! Highly recommend!
