To start off the plumber was kind and this job was done April 14th 2024 I paid $1027.53 for water pressure that was in my upstairs bathroom shower. It lasted for a lil more than 90 days (which is their warranty) horrible warranty because who’s to say that the problem will breakdown during that timeframe! The company charged an excessively high price for cleaning the sewer line and promised that their team would follow up with a camera inspection to confirm the cleaning. However, they only provided a temporary solution and claimed that the blockage still required hydro-jetting, which would cost three times more. This was clearly an unprofessional service, as I was initially assured that the issue would be fully resolved with their standard method.
