Eli from Roto-Rooter came out at 11 PM and worked until 2 AM to clear our main line. With my wife 8 months pregnant and a one-year-old at home, this was an extremely stressful situation. Eli was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Everything is working better than ever. We’re incredibly thankful.

First plumber didnt try really at all, left mess and quit. Left cut snake in my driveway. Took the comoany 5 days and they blew me off 2 days which i missed work two times. To stay home to get camera out. This is worst service i have ever seen..while eco was very fast. Used bootys to keep carpet clean and got camera out the next day.

Everyone from the gentleman who took my call at 3am and walked me through how to shut off the water turn off the gas and getting rid of the water in the tank ,to dispatch were wonderful. The gentleman who came out and gave us an estimate the two technicians who removed and installed the new tank and the salt tanks and iron tank were absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company and will use them if we ever have an issue again. Thank you so much!!
